| 1) . Numbers of persons: One apartment is designed for max 6 adults. Children under 3 years will not be counted in the total number of persons. |
2) Rental Period: The rental period starts at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Upon departure the lodgers must leave before 11 am. |

| 3). Cancellation insurance: Sotra Rorbusenter do not have any kind of cancellation insurance/protection, and therefore encourage their customers to sign one at their insurance company before departing their home country. |
4) Payment: The agreed amount is expected to be paid in full on arrival day. The prices are based on NOK, and Sotra Rorbusenter reserve the right to adjust the prices according to the currencies.The reservation is binding for both parties from the moment the lodger(s) have received the confirmation. Since we do not require any deposits or prepayment the contract is based on mutual trust. VISA: Sotra Rorbusenter has an electronically Visa terminal available for payment. |

| 5) Prices: The prices covers the rent of the apartment in full, including water, electricity (220 V) and free usage of the therapeutic baths, sunbeds and sauna. Boats are for rent, and thereby not included in the price. (See below for prices) |
6) Damages/Complaints: In case of damages or defects the lodgers must report this as soon as possible, enabling us to make quick and efficient repairs. Damages caused by the lodgers must be settled in full before departure. Complaints will only be accepted if delivered in writing during the stay of the lodger. Complaints received after the departure of the lodger will not be accepted. Lodgers can thus not claim any price reductions, damage compensation or repayment of parts of the rent, after departure or the end of the rental period. |

| 7) Cleaning Please leave the apartments as clean and tidy as you yourself want to find them. It is expected that the lodgers clean the apartments thoroughly before they leave. This includes the stove, refrigerator, barbecue, bathroom, toilet, windows etc .In case of unsatisfactory cleaning there will be a claim of NOK 400,- to be paid by the lodger. The lodger is also responsible for any lost income from following lodgers, in case of unsatisfactory cleaning. Cleaning services for the departure day can be ordered, at the latest the day before departure . The lodgers still have to do their own dishes and make sure the apartment is tidy. |
8) Norwegian Custom regulations: The following amounts can be taken legally in to Norway from abroad: Tobacco: 250 kilograms or 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars. (Persons over 18 years). Alcohol:1 litre of hard liquor (max 60%) and 1 litre of vine (max 23%) and 2 litre of beer. (Persons over 20 years). If you do not bring any hard liquor, you can have 2 litre of vine. Only persons over 18 years of age can buy tobacco and alcohol legally in Norway. Beer can be bought at the supermarkets and vine and hard liquor can be bought at the special wine and liquor shop. |

| 9) Opening hours: Post offices in the supermarket:1000-2000 (1800). There is also a mailbox in the reception area. Banks:0900 - 1500 There are several ATM machines in the area that are available 24 hours. Supermarkets:1000 - 2000 (1800) Other stores: 1000 - 1800. Kiosk at the Rorbusenter is open during daytime. The local grocery situated ca 100 metres from the Rorbusenter has a post office, medicine outlet and gas station. Opening hours: Mon. - Fri. 1000- 2000 Saturday:1000 - 1800 Sunday: Closed |
10). Pets It is not allowed to bring any pets to Sotra Rorbusenter without any separate agreement. |

| 11)Reception/Kiosk The reception is open at daytime. Here can be bought fishing equipment, basic sports gear, gas for the boat engines, mineral water and other basic groceries. You will also find maps for fishing, hiking, hunting etc. |
12) Bring along The lodger must bring their own bed linen and towels. Sotra Rorbusenter will provide baby cots, baby chairs, baby prams and different toys free of charge.Bed linen and towels can be rented from Sotra Rorbusenter. |

| 13) Rental of boats, kayak
and canoe Sotra Rorbusenter rents out boats, canoes, kayaks and several other articles. See list for prices. All boats are equipped with oars, grapnel, boat hook, spare tank for gas, maps, knife and a bailer. In addition there is a SAFETY/SOS box for emergencies that contains maps, compass, flashlight, storm matches, knife with tools and spare parts and tools for the engine. |

| 15) Life Jackets In Norway use of life jackets are mandatory when using boat, canoe, kayak and other sea supportive vehicles. Use life jackets whenever you are fishing or staying by the sea or inland waters. SHOW CAUTION TO THE SEA WHEN USING BOATS.Respect the weather forecast and always plan the sea trip well in advance. |

18) Peoples rights The peoples rights in Norway allows everyone the usage of outmarks (Forests, hills, waters, uplands and marshes) freely. Caution must be shown not to harm the nature and environment.The peoples rights secure you the possibility of an outdoor life, relaxation and recreation in the nature.You can go wherever you want on foot or skiing, travel through cultivated land during winter and use canoe, kayak, rowing boat and sailboat on waters and watercourses. You can take pauses, camp and spend the night outside in the nature, ride on bicycles and horses along paths and roads on outmark, bathe in the sea, inland waters and watercourses, travel freely in boats, moor and enter land on outmark along the coast.Show caution with others:You can not walk in cultivated or meadow areas, travel in forestation areas, break branches, cut or in any other way harm plants and trees, disturb animals and birds, included nests and cubs, and not destroy fences.
